Hello everyone,
I'm back! I'm not in speech this time though. This time around I'm in novels. Right now we're reading "Night." It's pretty good. A little depressing, but good. Well I'm going to go help other people get their blogs set up. Until the next time I get around to posting something. Toodles!

Well everyone, I have enjoyed having speech with all of you. It was a lot of fun. I was still nervous before every single speech though. I don't understand that. I know everyone in here so I shouldn't have been that nervous. I really missed everyone on the final day that we didn't have this class. I got to lunch and saw Ashleigh and Kaycie and I remembered that we hadn't had speech. I was really bummed out and it ruined the rest of my day. Since I won't be in here anymore I probably won't publish anymore posts because I'll forget my password. I'm going to miss this class and everyone in it but hopefully I'll have other classes with some of you next semester. So I hope that everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy HAM SANDWICH!!!

Here is an transfer advertisement for Rock the Vote. There aren't any words but you can clearly see that Christina Aguilera is supporting her country by trying to get people to vote. I would say that this ad mostly targets young women who listen to her music and mothers or just parents in general. If you have kids then when you see the baby you will think of your kids and want to make the world a better place for them to be, so hopefully you will end up voting.

This advertisement is supposed to scare people which will make them not want to smoke. It is using an emotional approach by making them aware that cigarettes can cause death. People in general fear death so they will not want to smoke if they really read this ad.

This is a pretty common testimonial that we probably all have seen, but just in case you didn't know it is for Subway. This man claims that he lost weight by staying on the Subway diet. When the commercials first came out the guy wasn't famous but after he did the Subway commercials he became famous. He still does the commercials and people really do believe that he lost weight because of Subway.

Well we finished our commencement speeches today. Not much else has happened since the last time I published something. It kind of smells like smoke in the school though so I don't know if I'll get this done. Maybe the lunch ladies are burning my lunch. Or I could just be crazy and it really doesn't smell like smoke in here. I don't know though because I have a pretty good nose. I really hope it isn't my lunch burning though because I'm really hungry.
Yesterday I gave blood for the first time. It was quite interesting and now I have a pretty bruise to show for it. I didn't get light headed or anything AND they gave my a juice drink and mini Oreo's! So it was pretty awesome. Plus I didn't have to sit in my Spanish class and do worksheets. Well it's almost time to go to 20th Century Literature so I'll have to say good bye now. Until next time my dear followers! (The whole three that I have!)

So, it is quite late and I have to get up quite early tomorrow morning. It should be interesting. I'm at my friends house right now because my family left me. I'm just kidding. They went to help a friend down south with a festival she's going to. She has a booth there so I hope it goes well for her. Now that I think about it, it's actually really early. I think I'll go to sleep now so buenos noches!

It's Friday! I'm bummed because I have to be at school but I'm really excited because we have a three day weekend coming up. I actually like school I just don't like going every single day. I don't like having to get up early either. I would rather come in at ten then leave at five. Oh, well. Tomorrow I have to go to a car wash/bake sale for our Spanish trip. I don't know if having a car wash and a bake sale together is really a good idea. Water and baked goods don't usually mix. I guess we'll see how it goes. I hope people remember to make things for it though. I'll be kind of upset if I'm the only person who brings stuff.

I finished my speech! I hope it saved the right way on all the different places that I saved it. I'm tired of computers. They never seem to do the things that I want them to. I know, I know, computers are only as smart as their users. Well I believe it now. I hope my speech doesn't get lost or deleted or something. I wonder if I should be working on my outline or if my teacher is going to tell us more about that later. I should probably ask. No one else is though so I think I'm okay for now. I was freaking out yesterday because I thought my speech didn't save on my flash drive or in my folder but I was pleasantly surprised when I plugged it in at home and my speech popped up. My teacher just said that we'll do our outlines together so I'm actually doing what I'm supposed to be doing right now. That's a surprise. I think I'll leave some comments on peoples blogs now being I haven't done that yet. Adiós mi amigos y mi amigas.
