The Dark Knight goes much deeper into the mind of The Joker. Instead of having a clear cut line between good and evil, black and white, right and wrong, The Dark Knight explores the twisted mind of The Joker. It doesn't ever reveal why The Joker is insane but it will make you question your own sanity. The Joker even has The White Knight questioning his sanity. Batman or The Dark Knight struggles with the decisions he has to make in order to do the right thing. Overall it was a great movie filled with action packed scenes and edge of your seat excitement.

Amazing movie. I was so excited when I first heard that Heath Ledger would play the Joker, because I knew he'd do a fabulous job, but then of course it ended up with an "insane" result.
I haven't watched this movie yet. But the way you described this makes me want to watch it.
I completely agree. This was a great movie and the twists and seeing the real mind of the joker. It's been a long time since I have seen this, but I need to see it again.
Heath Ledger did so amazing. He WAS the Joker. I wonder what it would be like to play such an intense character like that. It make me squirm just hearing his creepy laugh. I'm not a Batman fan, but I am certainly converted to a Joker fan after that movie. I just wish that they would have went into detail about the cause of his craziness.
I absolutely love this movie! I think Heathe Ledger did an amazing job in this too.
